Demi Lovato has a new hit – and it’s not a song.

Following her battle with drug addiction, depression and a subsequent stint in rehab, the “Heart Attack” hitmaker decided to write a guide to help fans through similar tough times.

The publication is a collection of 365 inspirational quotes and meditations to follow throughout the year, and after its release in the U.S. last week, “Staying Strong” made its debut on the New York Times Best Sellers chart at number one on the Advice, How-to & Miscellaneous book list.

It is Lovato’s first release in her multi-book deal with publisher Feiwel and Friends.

Her next will be a memoir to delve deeper in her past struggles.
