Troubled pop star Justin Bieber is living in California again and causing problems for his new neighbors, according new reports.

The “Baby” hitmaker moved out of his mansion in Calabasas, California in January and relocated to Atlanta, Georgia after numerous encounters with the police regarding alleged loud parties, speeding in his gated community and accusations he pelted a nearby home with eggs.

However, a new report suggests he returned to California earlier this month and rented two condo units in the lavish area of Beverly Hills.

Editors of TMZ.com state Bieber has already annoyed his new neighbors, who have made several complaints to police over loud parties and noise allegedly coming from the superstar’s home.
