Rocker Liam Gallagher is less than impressed by label bosses’ plans to release a 20th anniversary reissue of Oasis’ debut album “Definitely Maybe,” and he’s urging fans not to buy it.

The Beady Eye frontman, who disbanded his old group in 2009 following the departure of his estranged brother Noel, has taken to Twitter.com to slam the album revamp, which was announced last week.

He writes, “HOW CAN YOU REMASTER SOMETHING THAT’S ALREADY (been) MASTERED. DONT (sic) BUY INTO IT. LET IT BE.”

“Definitely Maybe: Chasing the Sun Edition” is set for release on May 19 and will include rehearsal footage and live versions of the songs on the original.

Oasis’ classic albums “What’s The Story (Morning Glory)?” and “Be Here Now” will also be reissued later this year.
