WARWICK, R.I. (AP) — A Massachusetts man has been sentenced to probation after being found guilty of trespassing at singer Taylor Swift’s seaside home in Rhode Island.

Daniel Cole will get a year’s probation on the trespassing charge — and six months’ probation on a disorderly conduct charge.

A judge has ordered the 39-year-old man to have no contact with Swift and stay away from her home.

The man was arrested at Swift’s home.

He told police Swift had invited him — and that he should tell the guards it was OK for him to stop by. Police say it was the third time he showed up at the home.
